"Amazing Hotel"

Me and my boyfriend stayed at The Palms hotel the apartment was fantastic very spacious and there was direct access to the pool outside our room. The scenery was beautiful as a water feature of a waterfall cascaded into the pool. Kamala beach was only a short walking distance from the hotel and there were plenty of shops nearby to buy gifts or groceries from to use in the apartment. During the time we stayed it was during the low season so we had a lot of the place to ourselves which was nice, we were very lucky with the weather as it hardly rained. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is a very relaxing, beautiful, ideally situated hotel for a great break away on holiday.

"Gorgeous..."

Stayed there with my bf in March. It was a wonderful experience. Direct access to the pool from the room; clean, modern, spacious rooms, nice and friendly stuff. It wasn't busy at the beginning of our stay so it was great to enjoy a desert holiday, then it became busier but still quiet and nice. The gym is small but it has the essential equipments so we weren't disappointed. We really liked the guy at the reception, always smiling and sweet. But we felt a little bit sorry for him cause he seemed to work the whole month night shifts without any week end)) But it's his choice, right?))

The location is fantastic. There are lots of shops, cafe's, restaurants. It takes only 3 minutes to get to the beach. Wi- fi was fast, tv had a lot of channels with different languages, Dvd player. The only minus is food. We had breakfast only once there and it frankly speaking it was poor. So we were really happy that breakfast wasn't included and we could go either to a different restaurants or cook for ourselves. By the way, the kitchen is great, all facilities that you need. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

"Very Relaxing, Good Improvements"

Enjoyed our return stay and it was very nice to see the improvements been made to the front. Lovely pool and gym. Very good value for money compared to most places and very nice people. Will definitely be back for a third time. All in all a brilliant stay.

"Nice Hotel"

We have been there two times now. Last year 3 weeks and this year 1 week. The rooms are big and no problem to live there 5 persons for several weeks. I like the long (42m) swimming pool. The breakfast is good.

"Great Location"

The Palms at Kamala Beach is in a great location for any sort of Adventure. We had a really nice comfortable stay and our one year loved it! The pool had section's where she was able to stand in on her own and had a lovely kids play room. There where four of us in our Family apartment and was still with a lot of space. Room service daily kept our room clean and the air condition was of great help in need to cool us down. 5 minute walk to the beautiful Kamala beach and lots of places to eat out.

“Pleasure at the Palms”

The Palms in Kamala is definitely a hidden gem, the apartments have absolutely everything you need to make a short or long stay a holiday pleasure, the quality of fixtures and fittings are first class and the service from their friendly staff is brilliant, i have stayed at The Palms on several occasions, the location is perfect and the experience is simply unbeatable...you can't stay there only once, repeat customers are why The Palms is unbeatable. “Amazing pool-side rooms with great breakfast and location”

We stayed at The Palms for 6 nights in one of the pool-side rooms. There were four of us which was perfect as there are 2 very large bedrooms and 2 very modern bathrooms. The kitchen was great as we could stock up on food and drinks from the shop a few doors down. The location was amazing with just a 1 minute walk to Kamala Beach and a 10 minute tuk-tuk to Patong. The tuk-tuk is 400 baht to get there which worked out at next to nothing for four people. The buffet breakfast was really good, with fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, pancakes, french toast and an array of other really tasty dishes. The poolside room was such a good way to relax as we literally stepped in from our balcony. It was PERFECT to be able to escape Patong and make very easy trips when we wanted to go out. The cocktails for 79 baht were awesome and the food was some of the best we found in Kamala.

“Great stay at the Palms”

We stayed at the Palms for a week over Christmas.

The hotel has facilities which are fine - and actually very good given the absolutely central location for the hotel. However the apartment (we had the 3 bed deluxe penthouse) was just fantastic. The rooms are very big, gorgeous en-suite bathrooms, good TV and kitchenette facilities. Cleaners came every day. The roof terrace was fantastic though the spa looked unused.

The service in the hotel is very good. May at the front desk in particular is great, so helpful and kind. We also used the babysitting service, Ping (sorry for spelling!) was just lovely, as was another girl who's name I have forgotten.

If you want a resort with gardens, big pools etc this isn't for you - but we really wanted to be close to the beach and restaurants etc and this was just perfect for us. The massive, comfortable apartment meant we were able to spend time indoors when we needed to keep the little ones out of the sun.

Worth taking a tuk tuk to Laem Singh beach despite the inflated tuk tuk prices. In the morning particularly it's just beautiful

“Great stay”

Many TV channels like HBO, Moviestar, MTV. Room is clean. Kitchen is equipped. Beds are quite comfortable. Air-conditioning is working fine. Kids like the pool a lot. It's just outside the balcony. They swam everyday.
