Our Long Term Apartment Rental Rates are as follows:

Long Term Rental Rates

  • 1 - 2 Month Rental Rates
  • 90,000 - 100,000 Thb per month
  • 2 KS Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms Apartment
  • 3- 6 Month Rental Rates
  • 60,000 - 75,000 Thb per month
  • 2 KS Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms Apartment
  • 6 Month ++ Rental Rates
  • 55,000.00 Thai Baht per month
  • 2 KS Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms Apartment

Electricity and Water use is charged in addition to the above rates.

Included in the Rental Agreement

  • Use of The Palms Gym
  • Use of The Palms Swimming Pools
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Free Satellite Multi TV Channels

Payment Terms:

  • ● One Month Rental Payment in Advance
  • ● Electricity/Water to be paid for monthly (after use).
  • ● Ongoing Monthly Rental Payments to be made prior to the start of the new month.
